Events and experiential agency, OrangeDoor, has firmly signalled its intention to expand its international presence and deliver on ambitious growth plans with the appointment of four new senior executives to the business.
Says Elizabeth Heron, Founder & CEO, OrangeDoor: “We have started 2024 with a number of senior appointments that I believe puts us in the strongest position to significantly grow the global arm of our business over the next two years. We see tremendous opportunity across multiple markets, but the nature of the current commercial environment requires a solid senior team with a unique blend of diverse experience, industry knowledge, creativity and passion; something I believe all of our new appointments bring to the agency. There is a real excitement across the business right now, and I can’t wait to see what we can all achieve together over the next couple of years.”
Andrew Winterburn joins as Chief Operating Officer to help steer the strategic and commercial direction of the agency. Andrew offers vast senior leadership experience, having previously worked as a senior executive, advisor, NED and consultant in global businesses across a number of industries and geographies, as well as acting as an advisor the OrangeDoor senior leadership team in a consultative capacity over the last two years.
Kiran Nahal joins the B-Corp certified agency as Head of Operations, with core responsibility for the day-to-day operational management and delivery across its ever-growing account services, administrative and support teams. A highly-experienced senior operations leader, Kiran brings with her a proven track record of optimising operational processes in a wide range of businesses and sectors.
Taking charge of driving business development for OrangeDoor is Gemma Cutler-Colclough, who in her newly appointed role as ‘Fractional’ Business Development Director will spearhead the international expansion of the business. Gemma will work closely with CEO, Elizabeth Heron and Head of Client Services, Chris Howland, to help the business meet its ambitious growth targets in key markets over the next two years.
Rounding off the new OrangeDoor appointments is Adela Paun, OrangeDoor’s new Marketing Manager, who brings with her to the role extensive experience as a creative strategist and brand consultant in both the B2B and B2C markets. Adela will work closely with Gemma and Elizabeth to enable the seamless alignment of all new business and marketing initiatives and ensure OrangeDoor maintains its unique voice in the marketplace.
In addition to the brace of new appointments, OrangeDoor’s Finance Director and member of its Senior Leadership Team, Tanya Brittain has also confirmed she will be moving from a part-time role to full time to help the agency successfully scale at speed and meet its international expansion ambitions.
