Solution
As a thank you for all their hard work and to get everyone together across locations, GoHenry hosts 'GoCamp' - a three-day all company event focused on fun, connection and team building. This year's GoCamp took place at Port Aventura near Barcelona, with around 200 team members travelling in from the UK, North America, and across Europe for a three-day experience like no other! Before checking into their Wild West themed hotel, the event kicked off with 'Vision 2030' - a creative activity to envision the future of the business through skits, songs, poems and an unforgettable rap! Dinners took place within the park at themed restaurants including La Hacienda - a traditional Mexican outdoor cabana, and The Old SteakHouse - a Wild West themed barn. Entertainment kept the energy high with a DJ spinning the team's favourite tracks on the first night, whilst a line dancing troupe took the team through their paces on the final evening. Day 2 offered a variety of activities for team members to get stuck into, including an app-based Tapas trek in the local town, watersports on the beachfront, a digital treasure hunt around the park and access to the expansive indoor / outdoor Aquatic Park. To ensure uninterrupted support for GoHenry’s members, a temporary contact centre was set up in one of the hotels, allowing the business to continue running smoothly while the team enjoyed their hard-earned retreat.
