HUG is a European HR event designed for networking. The event provides HR professionals with a collaborative space to discuss the latest insights, engage in tangible workshops and help build ties with a community that will support the attendees in the future.
Held across Europe, the HUG events are one of Personio’s key opportunities to engage with prospects and customers, so a central, attractive location is paramount – as well as finding a venue with character and personality, to match the brand’s identity.
Following the main HUG event, Personio’s top customers are invited to a Customer Advisory Board (CAB), so an additional space was required nearby to host this, alongside a drinks reception into the evening.
Solution
A stunning, but relatively undiscovered venue was chosen – providing the perfect backdrop for the event, with two distinct spaces to host the main conference alongside the breakfast, lunch and networking. A central space – through which attendees moved from room-to-room – became our ‘memories zone’ with dozens of polaroid pictures capturing the buzz of the event.
Impactful content was curated and created for a beautifully designed stage adorned with HUG branding and oversized extruded HUG letters for additional brand presence. The entire show was produced live by the OrangeDoor team, delivering a smooth experience for attendees and speakers alike.
The CAB took place just down the road in a luxury hotel, which was punctuated by a stunning assortment of cocktails and canapes to end the event in style.
