Personio asked us to deliver a show-stopper stand at one of Europe’s biggest HR Festivals, delivering a unique experience that captured the imagination of visitors, and provided the business with high footfall and dwell time to enable their sales team to start conversations and generate leads.
Solution
A custom designed mini golf hole with 16-foot tall windmill was the talk of the show, whilst a mix of tiered seating and high desks provided perfect casual discussion spaces. All build materials were chosen for their sustainability credentials, the entire stand is designed to be modular for ease of re-use and all on stand catering was responsibly sourced, using recyclable serviceware. We also made a couple of quick readjustments only weeks from the event to make sure that our client gets that much needed competitive edge.
