challenge
Design, curate and end-to-end deliver a large stand space at a flagship European technology exhibition – Hannover Messe. Paying close attention to delivering the booth in a sustainable manner at all times to match and mirror client’s core values – whether through build or catering on stand.
Solution
The position of our stand build contractor went out to tender, allowing us to quiz potential suppliers on their sustainable ethics and methods for us to select the very best partner for the job. This resulted in our stand build being 75% recyclable. The laminated boards used in the booth flooring and beams within the wall structures were comprised of recycled materials to reduce carbon footprint. Any units, such as counter tops, tables etc, were either re-utilised for new builds or were donated to support local communities such as schools or social enterprises. Our stand was also fully compliant with venue accessibility requirements. We had a low raised floor with ramped access, a multilevel barista bar, low level lighting and sound dampened meeting rooms to ensure all delegates were able to engage with the stand and the brand.
success
ServiceNow had a tremendously successful event this year, with a 50% increase in leads captured and a 37% increase in unique demos. Throughout the week we handed out 198 bees knees cocktails, made with local honey from a Hannover bee farm and over 400 coffees in fully recyclable cups. On top of that, we treated our visitors to ‘discarded liquor espresso martini’s’ made from used coffee grounds and served in edible cups! Being a B corp also means sourcing locally as much as possible while helping the environment. This is why we love working with environmentally minded clients such as ServiceNow who are open to integrating new, creative and innovative ways of making their events more sustainable with every passing year.
